DESCRIPTION
The unit has a 5 H.P. self-contained, hydraulic power unit with a two (2)-stage pump available with either a 230/460
volt three (3)-phase powered motor or a single-phase, 220-volt powered motor. The motor voltage can be matched
to your power requirements if they differ from these. The top anvil is controlled with a hand-lever valve and is raised
or lowered pivoting on one end with a scissor-type action and is open on the top when in the raised position which will
allow the mesh to be placed on the table and the anvil lowered and locked down on the mesh ready to bend. The
mesh is bent upwards with the bending units controlled by a hand-lever manually operated valve, driven upward with
two (2) hydraulic cylinders on either side of the upper anvil. These units will bend the mesh in a U-shape on either
side of the top anvil per your requirements. The bottom bending plate, which will be below the mesh that is being
bent and supports the mesh while being bent, is fully adjustable to accommodate different wire thicknesses in different
mesh sizes. This is also adjustable and powered with a hydraulic valve and cylinder. |
